Forged alloy steel shafts for toothed roller crushers. The roller shaft transmits high torque at low RPM while supporting the weight of the roller shell and toothed segments. Shafts must withstand combined torsion, bending, and shock loading from occasional uncrushable material. All shafts undergo 100% UT before machining and final inspection.
